We spent the last day of our meetup hiking up the Sleeping Giant Trail in Wailua. It was a humid 85F so we got into a good sweat, but the views from the top of the mountain ridge were well worth it! I highly recommend it—you want to make sure to get out early to beat the warm weather though.

We had dinner at the St. Regis Princeville Resort’s Makana Terrace restaurant last night. The sirloin and cheesecake were outstanding, as were the drinks we ordered. If you come here, come during daylight hours and make sure to get a table towards the front of the restaurant, the view is amazing.

I went on a small hike through Arroyo Verde Park in Ventura today. There are a variety of trails there and we spend about an hour hiking and taking in the scenery.
